All of our interns will be apart of the exact same training and mentoring program as our full-time agents. This is a very extensive training including state, regional and district level educational meetings. Interns will be provided with hands on experience in all areas of corporate sales and sales management. Students will attend sales meetings and extensive training sessions in order to prepare them for positions in our management team, as well as the participation in sales calls with our District Sales Coordinators. They will partake in the management of existing accounts while also working to create new accounts. The primary duties will include, but not be limited to, obtaining a health insurance license, leading development and tracking, initial contact, follow-up, prospect surveys, and customer relations. Interns have an opportunity to earn money based on commission. Special Note: Many students who complete our internship are offered full time Associate positions upon graduation. Those that wish to do so will be sponsored for all professional licenses. College Juniors or Seniors and post-graduates are eligible to apply. Preferred majors are business and communications, other majors are considered. Students must exhibit good verbal communication skills, individual drive, ability to take initiative, a strong work ethic, & the desire to continuously excel. Students must have strong organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, plan, and organize time sensitive activities.
