Alliance Associate

Paymentwall is looking to hire an experienced Alliance Associate to be part of our expanding global team. The purpose of this role is to increase Paymentwall’s global expansion efforts through launching and managing a successful and scalable affiliate program. You will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships by establishing and negotiating affiliate agreements, finding new qualified affiliates, and using internal metrics to analyze performance.

Actively identifying prospective and lucrative partnerships
Developing and managing commercial relationships,
Negotiating commercial terms of service with partners,
Attending events and trade shows with the intention to finding new partners and contacts,
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote Paymentwall as a solution,
Monitor and report the performance of the affiliates,
Take initiative and strive to make a noticeable contribution to the company.

3+ years of Business Development experience preferably within the online payments industry.
Experience with executing affiliate programs
Good negotiation skills
Serial networker, business savvy with an understanding of different business models
Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects.
Have excellent business etiquette and follow up procedures.
Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
Have excellent intercultural competences and experience working in diverse teams.
Ability to work with cross-functional and extremely diverse teams to drive results.
Bachelor Degree minimum

Proactive, goal-oriented individuals and self starter who take pride in what they do.
Entrepreneurial and curious with a commercial mindset.
Super connectors who live on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Meetup and other social media outlets.
Must have interest in the Tech and Payments industry and love the adrenaline of the startup community and its culture.
Those who attends events and is an expert at forging business relationships in the related industry.
Appreciates dating, gaming, and digital space industry.
Those who have tradeshow / convention knowledge or experience behind the scenes or front of the scene is a huge plus.
Those looking to work hard and see the opportunity to be beyond that of a 9 to 5 job.
Those with bottomless energy and can channel those energy to promote Paymentwall.
Able to communicate and work with different time zones especially with our global offices.
Those who are excellent with negotiation skills is a bonus.
Those with a travel experience and understanding of cultural differences around the world.
Candidates should be available full-time and able to start as soon as possible.
