Josh Klenoff founded The Helm Society in January of 2013. We are a peer-networking group for CEO’s and Executive leaders all around the country. We host small half-day gatherings several times a month and very large CEO retreats twice a year. Our website can give you more information.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for many duties at our White Plains office. Such responsibilities include event planning, answering phones, scheduling appointments for the CEO, creating client profiles, research, data entry, transcription, and overall management of the office. As the business grows, these duties are becoming a lot to handle and we require the assistance of an intern.
You will be working with the E.A. to prepare the next retreat in San Diego, California this coming November. If the intern proves to be an exceptional and motivated worker, there is a potential spot for the intern to come on the retreat. Nothing is guaranteed.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Energetic and motivated work ethic
High interest in entrepreneurship
Understands MS Word and excel, Google Drive, and Basecamp
Preferred Apple product proficiency, but not necessary
