We are looking for a part time (25-30hrs/week) intern to help our Business Development team with sales tracking, order/provisioning management, and other miscellaneous daily operations/tasks.
Track sales and cancellations from Certified Providers, requiring aggregation of data from multiple spreadsheets and understanding the unique sales / provisioning process of each vendor, creating tickets to production when new-setups come in, helping configure part of those set-ups, tracking provisioning status of each account and escalating accounts to production when they go past expectation date, tracking proposal status for particular vendors to ensure DSC team is timely in execution, assist with process documentation for new account and new certified provider set-ups, assist with other day-to-day operations task
Advanced Excel Skills (vlookup,pivot tables, etc.)
Ability to multi-task
Customer service skills
General knowledge of web-based applications
Pay $15/hour. 25-30hrs/week
