Tierra del Sol Foundation

The Development Department is currently seeking an intern to assist the Executive Leadership Team of the Tierra del Sol Foundation in analyzing new business models for its services and programs. Work will include conducting a community needs assessment in two geographic locations within Los Angeles County.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our Foundation’s vision and strategy.
• Support overall process of management and decision-making.
• Help implement of our foundations strategic and operational plans.
• Develop, review, and report business development models.
Candidate must possess good project and time management skills, knowledge of business and management principles, strong analytical skills and organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Intern must be enrolled in an accredited college program and must possess professional writing skills and computer literacy. Intern must complete and pass background check and TB test, both provided by Tierra.
A 6-month minimum commitment is required. Intern will be expected to work between 15-20 hours a week during Tierra del Sol’s operation hours. Tierra del Sol Foundation is amenable to accommodate your school’s internship or fieldwork credit requirements.
