DescriptionThe Business Development & Sales Manager position is responsible for all aspects of revenue generation. You will be expected to effectively and efficiently build and maintain relationships with small to medium enterprises, consulting and staffing companies, as well as staff candidates. You will learn current service capabilities and areas of expertise and position them effectively, as well as continuously gather market demands and requirements to identify areas of opportunity.
You will have full accountability around building and driving new business by promoting our company capabilities, culture, and expertise to future clients, partners and staff.
RequirementsWe look for fast-paced self-starters that can take ownership of tasks and initiatives of all types; candidates who are extremely organized and can multitask effectively, jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions. Understanding of IT services and resourcing arenas are a big plus.
