DescriptionOur company located in downtown FtWorth, is looking for a beginner entry level marketing intern that could turn into a permanent position.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Act as consultant to help structure data center and managed service solutions for prospects and customers (including colocation, backup, managed services and cloud products).
-Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas by building and maintaining a customer base.
-Gather information on prospect and customer business processes and challenges, critical success factors and competitive standing.
-Review complex customer requirements, equipment configurations, feasibility of intended applications, required software and adequacy of implementations plans for customer needs, and provide specific solution recommendations.
-Create concise and accurate sales presentations, offerings and contracts.
-Collaborate with internal resources (e.g. NOC, engineering, legal and related support staff) to share information, coordinate sales and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction during sales process.
-Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage activity and provide accurate and detailed forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities.
-Assist Account Retention Manager as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
-Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies and competitors.
-Continue to train and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling points, including enhancing expertise in cloud and backup services.
-Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of consultative sales approach. Excellent verbal and written communications skills including ability to articulate highly technical products and services. Ability to negotiate complex contracts.
