Description

Atmosphere Shoes has been in the discount retail shoe business for almost 30 years. With almost 20 retail locations, it is one of the most successful family owned and operated retail discount shoe stores in the greater NYC area. Our stores are located throughout the five boroughs and have become reputable locations for great quality at great prices. Our company is well known throughout the industry, on both the East, and West Coast. In an effort to keep up with the times, we have recently launched an eCommerce division, which operates on well known marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, as well as on our websites. Interns will learn what it takes to start a division in a company from the ground up, as well as routine practices necessary to keep a company up and running.

The E-Commerce and Photography Intern will work with the marketing team to implement projects and tasks relating to the maintenance and development of the online marketplaces. The candidate will also work in the in-house photo studio at times, as well as be responsible for learning the web site’s structure and how to identify and correct any errors appearing on the site. A desire to learn about web production, photography and E-commerce is a must.
