Open to undergraduate students from any major, this intensive 8 week program offers valuable international work experience in your academic field while exploring the diverse and historic Argentine capital, Buenos Aires. Interns can expect a completely immersive culture experience in a Spanish-speaking environment as you live in an Argentine home-stay and earn six transfer credits for the work you do in your professional internship during the week.

Placements are available in communications, international business, law, medicine, journalism (new opportunities!), human rights, food services, zoology, ESL teaching, or engineering.

Summer dates: June 6-August 1st, Application due February 27th
Fall semester dates: Late July-late November, Application due April 1st 2015


This program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and who have completed 45 credit hours by the start of Summer 2014. Students who do not attend George Mason University are welcome to apply.

**Minimum level of Upper-Intermediate Spanish language required for participation**
