Responsibilities

I will support the COO or the Director of Sales, and Finance in all capacities, including, but not limited to:
Travel arrangements
Data collection from internal reporting systems
Communications
Any other duties as directed by my COO

Requirements

I understand that being bilingual is an asset, and more importantly, it is a necessity for success in my position.
I am well-organized, and have some experience in managing calendars, collecting data, and providing presentation materials.
I am highly skilled with Microsoft office products, Excel is one of my strong suits.
