DescriptionCOMPANY: Freedom Business Support, LLC: Administrative and Marketing Consulting business
ROLE: I am looking for a motivated, dedicated administrative assistant to work directly with me, the owner and CEO, to complete various tasks and projects for client accounts. This is a part time, virtual position, starting at 5 hours per week.
ResponsibilitiesThe type of administrative work is required is broad, and will include (but not limited to) the following:
Creating newsletters in Mailchimp and Constant Contact; business card entry, basic website updates (Wordpress), proofing and editing documents, photo searches for blog postings, creating Excel spreadsheets, calendar management, posting to social media, etc.
Convert Kit (or other lead magnet programs)
RequirementsKnowledge of Posting to Social Media Sites (primarily Facebook, & LinkedIn)
Photo searches for blog articles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience making calls to customers and clients
Basic photo / image manipulation
Ability to multi-task
Desire to help with a wide variety of different task
Willingness to learn new skills and applications
Candidate must have a computer, phone, printer, copier, and scanner.
SkillsRequired - Microsoft Office, Social Media, MailChimp, Email Marketing Software
