Description


Administrative internship is a 6 month assignment with the G&B Collision Center team with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Programs developing and executing new innovative marketing. This position will be responsible for overall front office activities including answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, greeting visitors, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies. In addition, the Receptionist will perform general administrative duties including arrangements for office meetings and related tasks.

Responsibilities

*Answer and respond to incoming phone calls directing callers to the appropriate departments
*Answer or refer all inquiries regarding retail store locations
*Serves guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies employee(s) of guest arrival
*Direct guests by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
*Maintain clean reception area, reception closet and lobby
*Answer and respond to incoming phone calls directing callers to the appropriate departments
*Answer or refer all inquiries regarding retail store locations

* Participating in the development of innovative marketing strategies
* Coordinating creative development and e-mail deployment

Requirements

To perform the role of Administrative Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
* Must have majored in Marketing, E-Marketing, Communication or Business and be within 12 months of graduating (no exceptions will be made)
Must have strong analytical skills
Ability to problem solve by using creativity and independent thinking
* Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
* Must have strong written/oral communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet deadlines
* Must have a passion for Marketing and have an interest in CRM (social, mobile, email) and E-Marketing with an understanding of integrating communication strategies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Quickbooks and Adobe Photoshop preferred

Skills

Required - Social Media Advertising, Commitment to Customer Service, Comfortable working independently
Preferred - Bilingual-English/Spanish
