Advantage Cable Services, Inc. (ACS) is a national management services logistics company whose clientele consists of major cable providers including Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, and Charter. We ensure our client's field work, disconnects, payment and equipment retrieval is completed accurately and timely. Our Audit Department plays a major role in our continued success.

Gain Experience in the Audit Field:
You will have the opportunity to learn a broad spectrum of skills and then focus on specifics. You will audit records, work on invoices, do accounts receivables, and monitor reports to analyze business or operating procedures. Lastly, you will learn to analyze and organize data to recommend and implement new procedures, systems, or organizational changes.

Details:
Arrange hours around your college schedule Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM for a minimum of 20 hours year round and maximum of 28 hours during the academic year and maximum of 36 hours during school breaks. The position begins with a $10.00 hourly rate. Our office has a convenient location about 5 minutes east of the UTA campus. All classifications (fresh, soph, junior, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

-Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
-Operates computers to record, store, and analyze information
-Compiles statistical, accounting, and auditing reports
-Tracks client's equipment movement and quality control
-Performs audits on employee credentials

Requirements

-Current enrollment in college courses with at least a 3.0 GPA
-Above average written and verbal skills in English
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Competency using Microsoft Excel
-Ability to follow directions and follow through
-Deductive Reasoning
