My name is Judy Ryan. I am owner of LifeWork Systems, an award-winning training and consulting firm. I am an author of the recently published book, "What's the Deal With Workplace Culture Change?", a columnist in two magazines, a trainer, consultant , coach and public speaker. Executives, community leaders and educators hire LifeWork Systems because they want the competitive advantages of a healthy workplace culture. We provide assessment, training, coaching, and sustainable systems that develop leadership in all so each employee is responsible for their relationships, productivity and engagement.

I am looking for the support of an intern to help me do a variety of tasks, some administrative and some to create and implement a business development strategy that covers processes for operations, business development, service delivery, marketing, sales, oversight strategies to support a strong infrastructure for building my existing business, grow into new areas and launch my eLearning Center. I also want someone who can do a variety of activities related to getting two online programs sold nationwide.

Responsibilities

I am open to discuss number of hours and responsibilities with you as I'm not sure what is needed. Whatever we agree upon, I ask that we have a committed schedule and agreement on roles and responsibilities on both sides. If you directly contribute to sales and revenue generation, I am happy to pay you commission.

Requirements

My requirements are that you be able to communicate well, work consistently, show initiative and follow-through on commitments, are willing to learn, input information and use our process and other tools when trained and requested. I'll do my best to help you in any way I can. While this is a virtual opportunity, it would be great if you are local too so that you can come to meet in person sometimes. Commissions for results are possible.
