Job Description:
•Responsible for managing Projects, Client deliveries and Client satisfaction
•Work as Functional Process liaison between Development Team and Clients
•Must possess BEST Communication skills to manage interaction with Clients, Vendors and Technical Teams with strong Written and Verbal communication skills
•Provide / Manage Customer Support and participating in UAT, customer training, etc.
•Excellent Analytical skills to define various business workflows
•Must exhibit expertise / interest in creating project artifacts like Design Document and Requirement Analysis document
•Customer engagement skills including understanding customer business needs, managing expectations and communicating project status
•Willing to troubleshoot technical issues, handle Customer Support responsibilities, and project delivery related activities
•Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Communicate with management and senior executives about product direction, strategy and upcoming projects

Requirements

Skill Sets:
•Should be familiar with / willing to learn FULL Software Project cycle
•Capable of effectively interacting with the clients
•Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, eCommerce areas is big PLUS
•Ability to participate in projects with Geographically dispersed teams
