Homehey is a real estate marketplace where real estate professionals, property managers, and tenants are able to interact with one another. We are a web-based platform offering services in property listings, rental applications with bidrent, online tenant screening, secure online payments and collections, maintenance request and more.

Homehey’s goal is to help people make better decisions when it comes to: managing properties, choosing the right home or apartment for any individual, and making secure payments online. We believe in making the process simple, secure, and interactive.

We are currently seeking a Business development Interns to work with our team. As an intern, you’ll be assisting with Business development and Marketing. Top candidates will demonstrate a passion for building and expanding business relationships with the largest Property Managers and Real estate professionals.

Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated interest and experience in sales, marketing, performance advertising, analytics and business development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The ability to liaise with executive level management internally and externally
Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple relationships across the organization and with third party partners
Strong analytical & organizational skills
Strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of business and management principles
Good project and time management skills
Solid understanding of digital media & advertising
Undergraduate Degree
Business development experience
Negotiation and contracting experience
Business and/or operational planning experience
Successful account management experience
Proven track record to manage and develop client relationship
Self-Starter
