Description

On the lookout for an intern that loves to make clients happy and hit the phones hard with sales. You will be in contact with top Wall Street traders and executives as well as every day traders!

Must be able work in our Detroit office and have an open schedule.

Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound client calls, to help resolve issues and aide clients in finding products that fit their investment style.
Client retention tactics and research.
Searching for ways to improve the overall client care experience.
Learn to generate reports using Salesforce site.
Help with lead generation and customer support initiatives.
Reach out to traders and finance gurus to help sell Benzinga's products.
Assist Sales Team in all administrative tasks such as scheduling, presentations, reporting, etc.

Requirements

Pursuing or have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Business or finance-related field.
Outgoing, not afraid to pick up the phone and excellent with people.
Must have a passion for the markets, client service and sales.
Super fast and savvy on the computer especially with Microsoft Suite.
Past Client Service experience is a huge plus.
