Responsibilities- Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
- Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects
- Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects
- Compiling data
- Activation form set-up
- Account set-up
- Assist with onboarding new Franchisees
- Create and manage bi-weekly surveys using Google forms
- Managing operations manual
- Audit franchise dashboard and continue to upload new changes
- Assist with weekly business unit directors meetings
- Assist in setting overall strategic paths
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
- Analytical skills, Familiarity with Google Apps is a plus
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
- 1+ year’s academic experience with product lifecycle systems, or CRM support.
- Knowledge of property-level financial statements and basic accounting a plus
- Strong communication skills given the need to communicate effectively in oral and written form with clients, property staff, colleagues and members of the real estate community
