DescriptionHere at Well Woven, we are raising the standard for how floor coverings are made and sold here in the U.S. and Europe. Digital and e-commerce sales channels are vital to our efforts. We design everything we product here in our office.
The sales team focus on managing production, maintain communication with retailers that distribute Well Woven products. From the working with the factory to managing projects timelines, to organizing local sales out of our warehouse our team managers everything sales here at Well Woven.
Our customer base ranges from local independent retailers, regional department stores, e-commerce retailers, to national department stores. This internship is truly a ground floor opportunity. This role supports sales and marketing team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problem
RequirementsAnalyze sales and execute product allocations to stores
Analyze style sales and make assortment recommendations
Support marketing team with any ad hoc business analysis and/or reporting requested
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
