Current Business Management or related coursework

Ability to assess the performance of the department or company against the business’s goals and plans
Assist with development and implementation of budgets
Prepare reports for senior management

Responsibilities:
Leading and Managing a team of sales professionals
Maintaining regular communication with your Territory / Division Manager
Serves as an internal advocate and liaison between the regional sales organization and other functions (i.e. pricing, proposals, service delivery, etc.) to ensure the needs of the sales team are met
Ensure that the sales process is widely understood by the sales team members and managers and aligned to the customer buying process
Strong relationship building, cross functional influence and project management skills

Responsibilities
