DescriptionGabrielle Jordan, now age 15, is the owner of Jewelz of Jordan, an upscale jewelry business, which she started at the age of 9. However, Gabrielle’s passion for business did not stop there. Gabrielle is the co-founder of the ExCEL Youth Mentoring Institute, helping other young entrepreneurs successfully create and launch business. She is also the Chief Creative Officer at Gibstr, an online teen content platform. Gabrielle oversees the firm’s creative departments including content, marketing, media, and branding.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling and reporting Facebook updates
Assist in planning, writing and managing e-blasts and e-newsletters
Draft, distribute and pitch news releases, media alerts and other stories
Manage editorial and event calendars
Create comprehensive database of targeted businesses and community organizations
Draft weekly blog post
Research and promote scholarship and grant opportunities related to community service
Prepare weekly reports and maintain regular contact with Executive Administrator
Three - Five Hours weekly depending on projects.
Occasional need for additional time with specific events and opportunities
