This job is not for the faint-hearted. The Customer Communication Guru role is challenging, fast-paced, yet rewarding.

Still interested? Our Customer Communication team is the only point of contact for customers that order our products through digitial channels. This includes orders that come through channels like Wayfair, Overstock, HomeDepot, to name a few. That means they answer any questions our merchants have via phones, chats, and emails.

There are times where a team member doesn’t know the answer. However, our Guru’s are the type of people who are always up for a challenge and won’t stop until a solution is found.

Having human conversations with customers to help them solve problems
Determining the best plan to hand a customer case and proactively identifying growth opportunities that will skyrocket the teams success in future cirucmstances.

An entrepreneurial flare
and/or 2+ years of call centre experience
and/or 3+ years of customer service
Excellent time management skills - ability to manage a great deal of information, tasks, and relationships
Patience, flexibility and adaptability - ability to react positively and quickly to last minute changes in logistics or needs
Strong writer and communicator
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Responsible decision-maker with integrity and excellent judgment
