Description

The perfect candidate is looking to grow with a family owned business that is thriving beyond belief. Someone that is proud to say they helped build a business from the ground up. Someone with excellent organization skills, strong interpersonal skills, tech savvy (both with desktop computers and mobile devices,).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Customer Service. Provide customer service by phone, email and web. Learn our industry to provide the best knowledge to our customers. We stand above our competition because we care about our customer, and we need someone that will care about the customers just as much as we do.
* Data Entry into our scheduling and accounting system. Quickbooks knowledge a plus, but not required. Need to be detailed oriented to be able to process customer invoices and scheduling

* Additional Office Support. We will need additional support to the crew and sales team. We need this person to do what it takes to help the company thrive.
* Sales Assistant Duties: Driving to potential clients homes to assess property needs.

Skills Need:
* Proficient computer Experience (Microsoft Office is a must,) Experience with QuickBooks and/or Service Autopilot a major plus (but not needed if you are computer savvy and can learn quickly)
* 2-5 year's industry or relevant customer service or office administration experience required
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn and troubleshoot technology
* Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Flexibility and follow through ability a must
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail* Associates degree or Bachelors degree a plus
* Ability to speak Spanish a plus
* Ability to pass a background check
* Ability to type 35+ wpm

Salary: $9.00 /hour Plus Bonuses
