ResponsibilitiesInbound and outbound customer calls, emails, support tickets and live online chats to help resolve issues quickly and aid clients in finding products that fit their investment style
Building relationships and networking on a daily basis
Resolving client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management
Client retention tactics and research
Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling with customers
Searching for ways to improve the overall client care experience
Assist team in administrative tasks such as scheduling, presentations, reporting, etc.
Other tasks as required
RequirementsExceptional telephone communication and client service skills
Knowledge and/or passion for finance and the stock market
Experience with Olark chat system or similar chat system is a plus
Must be self-motivated and execute without all necessary resources
Must be technology savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google apps
Experience with SaaS systems is a plus
Must be a team player and have ability to operate at an extremely fast paced startup environment
Salesforce experience is a plus
Sales experience also a plus
