We strive to provide our readers with the #1 resource for finding reputable and quality products and services in their local market places.We offer advertising opportunities to local (and occasionally regional and national) businesses with circulations in Largo, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia and Los Angeles, California with new markets launching every month. We aim to increase visibility, in-store traffic and overall sales revenues for our advertisers by introducing their brands, products and services to a high-earning audience with expendable incomes and upscale lifestyles by way of a beautifully designed coupon magazine that positions a 'best-face-forward' introduction for our advertisers. Our mailing routes are strategically hand-picked for the best routes in each market based on income and home values. Our readers are the movers and shakers of local economies throughout the U.S. They're savvy. They're 'Vigilant' and they're ready to do business with our advertisers.

We are seeking an assistant to the Publisher/Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator who works with the company President/Publisher of the Magazine in marketing the company's services to new client prospects.

The ideal candidate is seeking a generalist business position that develops skills sets in direct marketing, business operations, market research and written and verbal communications.

Specific responsibilities consist of: updating and maintaining the organization's website and social media, client invoicing, record and file organization, client communication (*phone calls and emails).

Clerical duties include: filing, preparing forms and correspondence, basic book-keeping and client invoicing, responding to simple calls and emails and other miscellaneous clerical duties.

Desired qualifications: excellent communication and customer service skills; strong computer skills (Quick-books, Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, Photoshop, etc); experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and Twitter)


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage company website - (*blog posts, basic content additions and changes, etc) - No 'development' or 'coding' required. Just 'basic' data input etc however, coding knowledge is a plus!
2. Basic client invoicing and payment processing
3. Assist in the prospecting and business development process
4. Coordinate team and client meetings
5. Office/records management and organization
6. Social Media management



1. Must have the ability to work independently and problem solve new situations
2. Willingness to learn new programs, graphic and web design skills a plus
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Strong familiarity with full Microsoft Suite
5. Multi-tasking required in a fast-paced environment
6. Must have reliable vehicle
7. Strong organizational skills with emphasis on being able to follow-up with on-going tasks, a MUST
8. Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in daily activities
9. Strong email & phone demeanor, above average communication skills required
