DescriptionEASYTECH is a Start-Up company dedicated to provide technology-related services and counseling to Senior Citizens in the United States, mainly in Florida. These services are:
• Phone consultations (Call-center). A hotline where our members can call anytime they need counseling or information on basic technology issues.
• On-site consultations (technicians making home visits). Visit to home, offices or centers to provide the counseling and solve problems.
• Courses and training sessions (live and on-line). Training tailored specifically for our member’s needs, individually or collectively.
EASYTECH wants to integrate the senior population to the current technological world and minimize the intergenerational gap that presently exists; with the aim of promoting the interaction and inclusion to this high-tech society we live on.
As we are in the early stage of the company we are in the position of opening internships, to give the opportunity to gain experience at EASYTECH startup, while also developing technical skills valuable at any organization. Interns will gain insight into the process of building a successful company. Interns will work on team-based and individual projects that develop skills in their areas of interest, with a strong focus on analyzing real situations and finding solutions.
Business development is a combination of strategic analysis, marketing, and sales. Professionals in this field can be involved in everything from the development of employers’ products and services, to the creation of marketing strategies, to the generation of sales leads, to negotiating and closing deals.
We are seeking a professional and motivated team player to support the business imperatives of the business and corporate team.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary tasks will include:
Fundraising Market Research: Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities and market trends in fundraising for start-ups companies and social ventures. Specific activities would include, but not limited to, desktop research, company and/or industry experts interview, philanthropy databases, business angels, survey and/or on-site visit, and market and competitive analysis.
Partnership Development: Identify, build and manage long term relationships with strategic partners in pursuit of growth opportunities. Specific activities would include organizing and attending meetings with external parties to discuss strategic collaboration opportunities, handling external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Processes reports and paperwork to and from corporate offices.
Supports in performing various analytical special projects, including working with spreadsheet, presentation and/or database applications to create reports for department or office meetings.
Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects.
Special administrative tasks as they arise.

RequirementsESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Must be pursuing Bachelor's Degree on business or field related. Master´s Degree student is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications and Desired skills:
Good organizational and execution skills, focus on detail
Strong team player who can work independently
High level of written and oral communication, especially in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent customer service required
Preferred to be living in Miami or be willing to work in Miami
