DescriptionPeopleOps Consulting and its parent company Consortium LP is expanding to over 40 markets around the world. We are looking for Interns in areas of Operations, Business Development, Research, HR, Private Equity, Commerce, Grant Writers, CEO in Residence, Storytellers, and recruiting.
All of our internships will comply with whatever university program you are a part of, provide real experience, profit sharing opportunities in successful deals, and a high degree of likelihood for a full-time offer post graduation.
RequirementsJuniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students only, please.
Operations must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, problem-solving, and good time management.
Business Development must have strong inside sales ability. This is NOT cold calling.
Research. Strong internet research ability and can drive results very quickly.
HR. Strong understanding of business, willingness to learn HR systems, ability to screen candidates with particularity.
Private Equity. High executive acumen with understanding on how to build financial analysis.
Commerce/Grant Writing. Ability to quickly source suppliers and write well-crafted RFP responses under tight deadlines.
CEO in Residence. Ability to manage portfolio companies with complete autonomy.
Storyteller. Ability to create micro-content in various formats with one cohesive message and voice.
Recruiting. Ability to quickly do research, constantly market roles across hundreds of positions with tight deadlines.
