Basic Qualifications: • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
Additional Requirements: Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Marketing, advertising, business or statistics discipline.
Highly interested in Paid search, SEO and Web Analytics.
Strong desire to learn, and able to pick up new concepts quickly and apply them
Strong communication skills and team collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills. Able to generate insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.

Working part-time 10 hours to 20 hours per week between August 2015 and December 2015 (Flexible), our Regional Managers will be at the heart of XVI Concierge LLC’s development within their city.

Essential Functions: • Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a XVI Concierge LLC business objective.
• Report development and analytics.
• Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
• Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.

• Performing additional duties as required.
The Search Strategy and Execution team sits in the Direct Marketing department, and is responsible for driving and implementing integrated search strategy for XVI Concierge LLC. We oversee the search campaign execution, including paid search, organic search and web presence optimization (local, social, content & video) across the organization. We drive an aggressive innovation agenda to position XVI Concierge LLC at the forefront of search excellence.
Internship Project Summary:
The intern will assist the efforts to drive integrated search strategy across the organization, by working on various paid search projects in the team. Specifically, the intern will assist in evaluating the performance of our paid search campaigns and make recommendations. The intern will help us answer the questions: How are our paid search ads perform against industry best practices? How do we improve the XVI Concierge LLC customer experience on search?
The project will involve reviewing and evaluate the existing paid search ads across the line of business, including social network campaigns, grass-root marketing, enterprise and brand campaigns. The intern will research and analyze the cross line of business paid search campaigns, and develop a report that evaluate the XVI Concierge LLC paid search ads quality and provide actionable recommendations.
The intern will work with the management team members closely, and gain hands-on experience of paid search as well as web analytics.
