Description

Frimpeks Inc. is looking for a qualified intern to support and grow with our team. Frimpeks is one of the leading manufacturers of self adhesive labelstocks, UV varnishes and inks. Our company produces quality work for our customers and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages customer service and sales roles in our office.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CRM related projects
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Prepare presentations
• Enter customers or administrative data into system
• Sort and organize files/ documents according to customers/vendors
• Data entry and database maintenance
• Provide support in other administrative/sales projects

Requirements

Frimpeks is looking for an undergraduate student for in the New Jersey area who is majoring in Sales, Marketing or Communications. The student should be available for a minimum of 3 months to be considered for this position.
This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and computers. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is desired, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.

Skills

Required - Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Applications, Articulate Communicator
Preferred - Microsoft CRM, Bilingual-English/Spanish
