The position requires 80 hours a month/20 hours a week

Associate Job Responsibilities:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Associate Job Duties:
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing service needs and options.
• Secure services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, emails, and interfacing with clients, freelancers and supporters.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Act as main contact for freelancers and clients. Maintain all schedules related to the interfacing of clients, supporters, and freelancers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field, 3 years of experience in administrative duties, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals (Monthly), Creativity, Sales Planning, Motivation for Sales, and Other duties assigned.

Additional Qualifications: Goal Driven, High Attention to Detail, Extremely organized, Tech Savy (we use all online portals for business). Option to work remotely half-time from home or campus!
