The Internship is Located in AUSTIN, TX

Responsibilities

1. Customer call receipt - first point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
2. Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
3. Ticket Management.
4. Status customer on a regular basis.


Requirements

*Candidate MUST be a full time student AND graduating in the year 2019 or later.
*This is a part time position 20 Hours/week. You're welcome to work more.
*We will work around your school schedule.
*Must live and attend school in the Austin area.
