DescriptionGrand CxR+U is not just another clothing company, with us the concept is not just in the name but in the souls of all who wear it! We are seeking individuals like us....Crazy enough to think that WE can change the world!!! I'm seeking a personal assistant who is business savvy, as well as innovative and idealistic like what Grand CxR+U stands for. Excellent organizational skills and a "get it out the mud" work-ethic. We are based in Stone Mountain, G.A., where you will be needed at a part-time capacity for a minimum of 16 hours a week. Assignments will range from setting & scheduling meetings, document writing, to just keeping me on task and schedule. I wish I could really express all the many ways that those who get this position will be benefitted with an insight into what so many unfortunately can't be witness to, but I don't have the words. This internship is going to change some lives, join me.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be the right hand of the Founder and C.E.O of this new clothing company. Duties will vary on the day to day needs. We spend time in office, at home, on the road at times. You will be needed at a minimal face to face capacity, at the most 25 hours a week. You will have to be fully accessible Mon-Fri from the hours of 8am to 5pm, by phone, for any instruction of necessity. Such as those mentioned in the description, plus
Research the viability of a new program, campaign, or initiative; compile and present statistics.
•Create a proposal on a potential social media strategy, evaluate various social media platforms, or come up with suggestions for how current social media strategy might be improved.
•Critique company's website...from a user perspective; brainstorm ideas for boosting usability.
•Research and identify the most influential blogs in industry. Follow them and provide weekly reports.
•Scan industry media for news items; provide regularly scheduled updates.
•Accompany to client, sales, or other outside meetings; take an observer role.
•Evaluate some areas of IT functionality (need tech-savvy interns); find ways to improve efficiency, streamline programs, or cut costs.
•Prepare a budget.
•Create support materials, such as charts, graphs, or other visuals.
•Plan and coordinate an event or meeting.
•Generate a marketing plan, financial forecast, or other report.
•Produce a video or slide presentation.
•Perform a study or survey; analyze and present results.
•Source goods or search for lower-cost sources for high-volume materials.
•Clean up a database.
•Serve as a liaison between the company and clients or vendors.
•Help screen and train replacement interns prior to departure.
