Description

One of the world's largest business commerce network and revenue growing and risk management group (ARIBA) is searching for a competent Personal/Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to one of senior executives. This position requires discretion, attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic. This person must operate with grace under pressure and be comfortable working at the last minute. No experience required and the holder of this position will be working 20-40 hours a week.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Provide professional, administrative and personal assistance to the one of our executives
* Manage calendars, plan meetings and conference calls, pay bills, run errands, assist in travel arrangements.
* Oversee the paper and electronic filing systems.
* Work independently, often with confidential matters that require discretion in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.

* Various personal tasks, projects and special assignments for your boss

Requirement:

The position requires a very organized and focused person.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Calendar
Ability to juggle a variety of tasks at once.
Proficiency in English
A positive “can do" personality.
Exemplary planning and time management skills
A self starter that is highly responsible and accountable.
Some college degree or Bachelor degree required
