DescriptionLONDON SQUARE SPECIALTY SERVICES (LSSS) is a contact center outsourcing company that delivers quality-driven, innovative customer service solutions across all industry segments. The LSSS Support Team is able to provide a multi-channel approach via voice, email, and social media management. LSSS takes pride in creating a brand alignment for clients with the ideal customer support experience.
Responsibilities-Negotiate with clients.
-Read and understanding credit reports and rating credit profiles.
-Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
-Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone or electronically.
-Collect and review documents to satisfy applications.
-Ensure completeness of documentation and that it meets department service and quality standards.
-Prepare files for underwriting review.
-Prepare file by reviewing application; clarifying and obtaining additional information as necessary.
-Processor will ensure accurate, complete, and timely data on processing system.
