Upton Realty Group, Estate Agents and Property Stewards, is a boutique real estate brokerage firm strategically located in the heart of New York City. We maintain a team philosophy and make sure that everyone on our team is at their very best at all times.

We are offering internships to students with an interest in real estate and/or business administration.

In real estate, we are offering opportunities to shadow our team of real estate agents and associate brokers. You will learn the art of the deal: obtaining clients, marketing, research, and negotiation.

In business administration, we have a few research projects in marketing and management that students would be interested in joining.

In both tracks, you will get a deep insight of how the real estate industry works in New York City.


Day to day tasks include ensuring the smooth operation of the office, greeting clients, agents, and interns, ordering and organizing supplies, setting up interviews, maintaining a neat and well-organized office environment, updating documents, creating and modifying forms, answering the phone, etc.


Should be a quick learner with experience using software. Other requirements are a strong work ethic, proactive, detail-oriented, and being dedicated enough to take the time to fully resolve all problems and questions. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, adaptability, and good oral and written skills are also important. Organizational skills are valuable for this internship.
