DescriptionThis unpaid internship is a unique experience for a driven individual with a great attitude. We are a growing veteran owned business. Must be ready for challenges and learning from others. Rapha Group is a medical and tactical medical training company. We also sell medical supplies and other products as well as partnering with other companies to do government contracting jobs and training. Due to the nature of this work an applicant should have or obtain a valid passport and be willing to travel with instructors to shadow them if the opportunity is presented. (not a requirement) This company is is primarily staffed by current and prior military and ems personnel. This internship is offering you an unique opportunity to learn about how a company grows and negotiate obstacles such as government red tape, accreditation from state and national organizations, training and instructing, tactical knowledge, building partnerships and sponsorship. Intern responsibilities will be using CRM software (client management) interacting with potential clients, making sales calls, commission opportunities, special projects, ad other exciting opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a dynamic field and responsibilities of the intern are subject to change at anytime. intern responsibilities will also be based off capability and performance of intern:
Shadowing others while performing day to day company operations such as marketing, data entry, phone calls, planning projects and expansion. Accompany instructors to training site locally and remote to observe and participate in training exercises or testing. Intern may work with company personnel to decide on specific projects of interest for the intern. Internship is indefinite and may be ended or extended at anytime. Intern may also enjoy benefits such as company events, dinners, commissions, and company gifts.
