DescriptionKingdom Empowerment, Inc. is a Christian organization offering education in digital Magazine, Radio and TV; Seminars and Workshop in the areas of Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching since 2013.
We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant that is willing to grow and learn virtual and digital technologies with us in our growing services and products offered to our global audience in Digital Radio, TV, Seminars, and Webinars.
You will learn how to communicate in a virtual environment. You will learn new technologies and content marketing strategies. You will have opportunities to interact professionally with some local and global celebrities.
The position is virtual and can be performed from anywhere.
ResponsibilitiesManage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
Take transcription and handle correspondence
Make travel arrangements
May Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters
Handle client inquiries by virtual phone or e-mail
Manage Radio Studio board on occasions
Scheduling TV Interview Sessions
Scheduling Virtual Webinars
and other task as assigned.
RequirementsDrive and determination to see clients succeed
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Basic understanding of business operation, including budgeting, creating business and marketing plans, contracts and agreements and time management
Willingness to admit and correct mistakes
