DescriptionLionchase Holdings, Inc. is a privately-held asset management firm that focuses on the growth of microcap and small-cap firms with yearly revenues up to $50MMUSD. Segment focus of the firm is technology, manufacturing, and power generation. The firm was founded in Washington, D.C. and leverages its understanding of regulatory policy to identify key investment opportunities.
The Project Manager Intern will support the development, management of proposals, customer outreach and research for solar PV projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assisting Solar Project Manager with all tasks which include:
-Plan, direct and coordinate the installation project
-Select and interface with any subcontractors
-Schedule and estimate the time required to complete the project
-Track installation hours
-Monitor and direct the progress in the construction site ensuring that the construction work is
completed in accordance with guidelines
-Ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction workers
-Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other
-Study job specifications to determine appropriate installation methods
-Develop and implement quality control programs
-Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
-Working with vendors, contractors, and clients to maintain relationships

-Team player that has excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Willing to learn all areas of project management
