Bruno seeks a highly organized, disciplined college student who can effectively multitask administrative responsibilities and research assignments. College majors preferred: English, media, journalism, communications, political science or government.


Bruno is seeking dynamic interns with strong communications skills eager to gain insight on the grant writing process by assisting the firm’s grant consultants on research assignments that correspond to the funding needs of various programs for education and/or municipalities.

Interns also will be updating the firm's website and social media platforms with key messages and news items related to funded grants and ongoing public relations initiatives at the firm.

In addition, interns will be managing internal databases, working with MS Office programs, answering the phones and assisting with other administrative duties.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Research grant programs to match needs of programs being assigned
• Manage internal database
• Updating key website and social media alerts with relevant grant-related
• Proof copy for internal and external communications
• Answer phones
• Filing


Intern must have a positive attitude and be self-starter, highly organized and proactive with strong writing skills. (Writing samples will be requested)

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; Word Press

Must understand database management and be experienced in creating and managing lists on Excel.
