Vision House Publishers is the publisher of Visions Christian Magazine. We are a quarterly Christian publication. We publish books and periodicals. We advertise Christian businesses, and feature Christian authors and well-knowned gospel artists and ministries.

Customer service Specialist are responsible for handling a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

Communicate with team of sales representatives and other staff members on a daily basis. Customer Service Specialist will contact, acquire, inquire, and collect necessary information from the authors, and advertisers. Interact with customers/authors, Customer service Specialist are to answer questions and concerns from customers. They may communicate with customers over the phone, by e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence.
Customer service Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers who have problems or questions about a product or service, the Specialist will route the customer's call to appropriate staff who can help them.
Customer service Specialist respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.

Customer service agents are required to be polite and maintain their poise even when confronted with an irate customer.

Requirements

High School Diploma, and at least a degree in communications, or business management. Customer Service Specialist should have basic computer skills and be able to type. Having strong customer service skills in sales. A strong knowledge of company products and services.
