The staff at Launch Local are experts in numerous areas of Marketing Campaigns and Advertising, including but not limited to: Community Appreciation, Branding, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Communications, Outreach Programs, Public Relations, Events, and Promotions.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate client agendas to the our respective marketing teams, Event Coordinators and upper management, and the Director of Sales and Marketing (this person develops all business plans). Working closely with these various departments will ensure the maintenance and development of client relationships as well as assist in helping our clients maintain their new customer base.
Anticipate and address the capability of any campaign(s) concerns to the client
Seek out and communicate meaningful insights within the client account and the market
Maintain and build relationships with our clients
Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for clients to increase awareness and new customer acquisition
Maintain relationship with Campaign Managers for data and tracking reports
Work closely with the various departments within our nationwide industry to ensure the accurate execution of a campaign to include - sales, data reports, art department, rebate orders and account activity
Provide regular interface with clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Provide direction to the Campaign Managers and the Brand Ambassadors on Client’s Community Appreciation Program
Work closely with Event Coordinators to establish a strategy that yields a face for our clients in Corporate establishments and venues.
RequirementsStrong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
Basic understanding of core marketing principles
Effective working in close team environment
