As a part of the Training Team, you will serve as an active member of a dynamic and hard-working group, and be expected to participate and assist in strategic level decisions and activities.

We are looking for a task oriented, “go getter” with a great personality to share their passion for being a “peoplework” business and delivering service with a smile. Successful candidates are equipped with strong problem-solving skills, extreme passion for world-class service, great attention to detail and ample people skills.

Interns will be working directly with our Director of Training to build and scale nationwide training programs to support our 900,000+user base. This internship is best suited for a young media professional who wants to get hands-on experience creating new training programs with a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up that was named the Best Place to Work in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and training/presentation techniques
Learn and use Camtasia, Prezi, GotoMeeting, Join.Me, and more
Record and edit support videos and update user manuals
Create and edit training handouts and presentations
• Marketing administrative support
Preparation of marketing kits and “swag” bags for guests
Submit financial reports and work requests as well as periodic summaries of events
Reply, track, and follow-up with training inquiries
Support our onsite training team with room setup and vendor services
• Business system development
Coordinate with Marketing to develop communication strategies within SalesForce and Eloqua to grow a network of independent contractors
Create and monitor online user communities to unite our nationwide training network
Research, present, and implement report-generating survey technologies to monitor and gauge individual contractor performance

Requirements


• Hours: flexible but 10-15 hrs. per week preferred
• Knowledge of video editing, presentation, and webinar software is a plus
• Current Business Major with a focus in marketing/communications/event planning preferable
