THE GIP FOUNDATION, INC. is a developing non-profit organization dedicated to the public with the specific purpose to uplift, empower, teach and support at risk female adults, teens and children so that they can become emotionally, physically, and financially self-reliant in order to become mindful contributors to their communities.

Founded by a single mother of three girls, passionate and motivated to encourage, foster and inspire "Girls." Mission to deliver life-changing programs to Twee and Teen Youth ages 8 – 16 years. GIP has a blog and we are seeking individuals to write on subjects in health/wellness, youth activities/interests, arts/music, purpose/intention/mindset, community/fellowship/social innovation.
“Mentoring Opportunities” for Young Women ages 16-24. These workshops use 4-parts (arts, health, purpose, & fellowship) & are led by women passionate about their talents, share these assets in a designed skill-building curriculum.


Will be asked to:

If you are local and are interested; along with having a few hours a week at most--Girls in Power could use someone who is interested in helping us capture all of the interested parties across the United States who desire to either license the GIP product or need more information, help keep communication open between potential clients and GIP as well as submit proposals to parties for budget approval. You will be trained.
The following training will be provided:
- Written Skills/Communication
- W training
- Dictation training
- Watching Videos/synthesizing information shared with you
-Organization is a must
-Utilizing Email/Calendars
-Some monitoring Paypal transactions etc.
-Creative writing a plus/content creation for new web pages


English major or minor preferred or Communication/Writing/Journalism background/interest.

Knowledge: Can creatively write; can embed or share with "web master" content, clip art into entries; knows how to promote info on social media if necessary; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Skills: written communication; fact research and potential online blogging (but not a must); skilled at describing a topic in a clear and engaging manner; can creatively integrate past or current events into relevant speeches or apply it to their own lives in an understandable manner.

Abilities: able to be creative and innovative with entries via media additions or descriptors. The ability to read and watch videos, synthesize, write and acquire knowledge to transport you to the GIP site/upload your content or provide to Web Master.

***Other Characteristics: must have an interest in empowering young girls and related topics, e.g., self-confidence building, identity formation, emotional healing and struggle, etc.
