Description

This opening is for anyone interested in being a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center. The call center will handle in-bound only calls pertaining to problems encountered by customers of AT&T.

Responsibilities

Handle in-bound calls and resolve problems in a timely manner. Follow directions given and stick to the script provided (if applicable).

Requirements

Effective communication skills. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Patience. An understanding that people who are calling, are doing so to receive help, thus the representative should have sympathy and a desire to resolve the problem at hand.
