•Preparing and evaluating reports to provide a summary of clientele experience to our research team and team leaders
•Assisting with party planning and themed luncheons
•Issuing and maintaining records relating to credit protection orders
•Assisting clients that have difficulty utilizing MyQuickenLoans.com
•Providing clients with an exceptional perception of Quicken Loans, offering assurance that we are their lender for life
•Review team processes and make suggestions for improvement
•Update the team page and assist with administrative type duties
•Must be able to stay focused on one project, as well as be able to multitask and take on multiple assignments
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•Successful experience learning new technology and working with minimal supervision
•Must be able to express empathy and trouble-shoot problems in a positive manner
•Previous experience in retail, banking, or other customer service area is a plus
