Description

We're looking to expand our world class Customer Happiness Team by adding someone whose enthusiastic and passionate in providing the best Customer experience possible. As a member of the San Francisco team, you will be a champion to the customer community by creating personal and efficient solutions for our customers and work alongside the team to also build and maintain trust with these same customers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Build outstanding customer loyalty in an innovative, challenging, fast-paced environment
Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages
Proactively look for solutions to problems and reach out to customers about potential issues before they occur
Work alongside Shopper Happiness on daily operations and best practice sharing

Requirements

What You Should Already Have

Availability to work either early mornings (5.00a-1.00p) or late afternoons (2.00p-10.00p); your schedule will span weekends and holidays as we deliver to the community every day
Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to compose quality emails and provide clear phone support
Grace under fire
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
Desire to take ownership of projects and bring them to completion
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in our San Francisco Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least one year of experience in a customer service/call center role
Will handle about 100 tickets per shift via Zendesk
