Responsible for assisting clients with payment and policy information, transferring clients when appropriate, and providing a one call resolution when feasible
Portraying a professional image of the company, working with clients, and employees in various capacities via the phone, written communication, or face/face
Maintain an understanding of policy ratings and procedures, including basic underwriting guidelines and requirements for auto, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, home, boat, rental owner property, and related endorsements
RequirementsEducational Equivalent- Must be enrolled in college courses
Customer service experience, with a focus on telephone communication preferred
Must be available at minimum, (15-25) hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to (37.50) hours during breaks in college courses
