DescriptionMusic for Good, an online platform that promotes the good causes and non-profits that musicians support, is seeking a long-term intern to assist with social media duties. Music for Good is based in Los Angeles, but the right candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for helping us get the word out about how to get involved with the great causes that musicians support. You'll promote editorial content & make creative connections with like-minded people and organizations via social media including Twitter and Facebook. You'll keep your ear to the ground about the good causes and non-profits that musicians support. You may also be asked to do occasional research about bands, brands and non-profits.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
-Experience using social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook to promote and engage followers
-Excellent written communications skills
-Detail-oriented and highly organized
-Interested in music & social causes
-Access to a computer with internet
-Desire to promote the work of musicians & non-profits, and to garner a wider audience for Music for Good
-Good sense of humor and a flair for succinct, creative writing
