NYCG is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team! This position will include the day-to-day functions of locating and pre-screening resumes, gathering information, and cold calling potential candidates in order to support staffing efforts. The ideal candidate should be sharp, money motivated, and have strong communications skills; and most importantly, want to help people succeed in their careers. This will be a virtual position but it will help if you are NYC based to coordinate things and meet up to discuss company strategies once in a while. This will be a commission only position to start with. Therefore, there is no limit to how much you can earn.
Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting including: cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
Network and build relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company.
