TOAC Digital LLC is a digital company with two central projects: Miami Fashion Week and an entertainment web portal called WeDooTV.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design, site management, and social media savvy.

The website content manager will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of WeDooTV’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this position also includes working closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regards to new development. Strong knowledge of social media site management is required such as engaging with the audience and staying on top of trending topics. The content manager will work closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization, therefore strong communication skills are essential. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

 Create, develop and manage content for the organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software)

 Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties

 Manage social media sites

 Working with a cross–departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

 Copy, edit, and proofread all web content

 Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

 Track and report on all site metrics (Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)

 Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

Requirements

 Must be able to speak and write in Spanish

 Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

 Writing proficiency in both Spanish and English

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast–paced, deadline–driven environment

 Microsoft Office and Wordpress

 Basic Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut skills are a plus

 Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross–departmental team, managing content and production

Skills

Required - Microsoft Office, WordPress, Fluent in Spanish, Fluent in English, Social Media Communications
Preferred - Basic Photoshop, Adobe, Final Cut Pro, Google Analytics
